Candy Abalone provide luxury dried abalone. The Candy Abalone team harvests the abalone from the wild, it is prepared and dried in the drying facility in Tasmania, and graded and packed for delivery or sale in the Candy Abalone shop. The finished product is premium dried abalone available from 20 – 150+ grams and packed into a sealed, display bag. The bag is tagged with size, weight and packing date.

During the drying process, these products are expertly handled by James and Mike personally, using time-honoured and masterly techniques, they are nurtured, loved, and left to privately mature in the highest reaches of the Candy Abalone facility.
